So very happy with the immediate service I received from Sam and the team here at Hakim Optical highland location. I broke my glasses two weeks ago and my regular optometrist could not see me for 4 months nor give me a solution to my problem. Called the store and Sam got me in that day, updated my prescription and helped me try on (14!) pairs of glasses. Needless to say, I am switching my optometrist for good. Not only was the pricing incredibly reasonable but the service was fast and everyone here was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much again!

Samantha Whitney was very helpful, honest and knew exactly what I wanted. I usually come out empty handed when it comes to finding new pair of glasses at any optical store. This time I did not, instead I came out with two pairs that I really liked and I know for sure that I will be wearing them. Thank you so much Samantha you are so awesome.

Unfortunately I only know her from my receipt as clerk 7349. But she was amazing and attentive to me and my 3 year old. It made the experience fun and she remember things about my son (like his birthday) when we came back to pick up my glasses. She was very honest and very kind. Especially during the new normal. It was a pleasure to have a good apt with a personality like hers. Will come back again!

Thank you to both Ken and Sam. Ken was kind and courtesy on the phone when he booked my appointment to check out glasses. Sam helped me pick a few styles. She was honest, and I valued her opinion. She helped me pick a few frames that I likely would never have thought to try on. Very clean location as well.
