I paid a deposit on a new dishwasher, when the installer showed up to install the new one he actually ended up fixing the original one. He called the store for me to request a cancellation/return of the new one I bought. Shuh’s had no problem with the return and even refunded 100% of my deposit, not even charging me for the installer to come out. Very much appreciated and I will absolutely be using Shuh’s in the future for any appliance needs I have!!!

Emailed a part request. Jeffrey responded to my email very quickly. He ordered the correct part right away, and I was able to pick it up within days of the order being placed. My dishwasher is now running properly as I write this review. Highly recommend Shuh's!
I called Shuh's to have my gas stove repaired. Ed came the next day and had it up and running in half hour. He was so sweet and so kind. Was a pleasure having him here. Would definitely use Shuh's again. Thanks Ed!
