I didn't want to have to write a review but perhaps this will warrant a response. They have beautiful products but in my experience their customer service has been awful. After weeks of several attempts calling and emailing, I'm not able to get a hold of anyone at this store regarding my order. I've reached out via Instagram twice and was assured that someone would be emailing me and still I've still heard nothing. Extremely frustrated with their customer service.

Amazing rug shop, beautiful rugs, reasonably priced, helpfull staff, nicely designed showroom. This is the type of shop you can only normally find in a big city. Maybe a better system of organizing the rugs though!
Quality products, helpful staff, thoughtful merchandising, and so much more beyond a really great selection of rugs. Cute baby items and unique homewares, especially love gifting the dried flower arrangements. Have purchased two Loloi runners which hold up really well to dogs and high traffic. Love how they offer tons of complimentary patterns in similar colour banks so you can mix and match for that collected aesthetic. Really appreciate their IG content through Covid - really helps bring to life online shopping when we're all missing that sensory in-store experience.
Blown away. I had made an order online during their fall sale a month ago. A little hiccup happened and I need to exchange the rug. Ya'll, the kindness and customer service I've received from Rug & Weave, specifically Svein, is OUT of this world. The rug itself and the quality are stars in their own right (definitely buy the rug you're eyeing, it'll be amazing) but again, I just can't get over how great this company is. Lifetime customer, here!
I make the trip from london specifically to come to this shop. I could easily order online but i love coming into the shop. The products are even more beautiful in person and the service it great! Cant wait to make a trip back!
