Everyone was behind the counter, no help on the sales floor. Halloween was only 25% off, the items I checked weren't marked down on Nov 3. I drove from Waterloo thinking it would be worth it. It wasn't. If you live in KW I suggest signing up for their emails and watching sales to get some savings. The people and selection makes staying here worth it.

3 people at the till and not one person said a word to me when I walked in. Nor did they come up to me. When I went to the till to purchase my one item I was then told about all the sales going on. I would have spent a lot more money had I known walking in.
The thing that the spin is great and bam would like to pie again. is very happ.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at this store. It has inviting displays and an accessible lay out. I have found some unique items here, including a selection of faux florals and plants. A very customer friendly environment.
I went in looking for stocking hooks after Christmas and couldn't find any. Overall they have nice items though!
