Excellent service today at the Guelph Len's Mill store. Staff on the floor directed me easily to the area of interest. Cutting table seemed to be shortstaffed, but the one gal working this afternoon was cheerful and very efficient. Checkout was quick, too. Great staff. Always a smile. They work very hard. Thank you

My favorite place for so many needs. Wandered the fabric aisles but could not decide needed my swatches. But a great deal and good find on this mattress cover! Of course, I'm going back! Such a great retail store, love every location. Staff so friendly, efficient, great service!
By far the best customer service I have received at a Lens Mill store!!! Victoria went above and beyond to help me and was such a pleasure to work with! She deserves a raise or something because she gives stellar customer service and has made me a lifelong customer. I love how efficient the store is… especially how fast they process their shipment to have the fabric out right away. I buy a lot of fabric so I really appreciate this and how much they are on top of things with shipments so that customers can get their supplies. You will love this location, I’m so happy with my experience there :)

Great place a bit rough inside but great stock, fabrics etc. Worth a look and half the price of bigger stores.
