I was biking home one day when I lost a screw, lucky I live around the corner from Backpeddling. I stopped over and they helped me within 10 minutes, had the right screw and didn't charge me for parts or service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new bike or their bike repaired. Exceptional service!
