As someone who usually leaves stores being best friends with the associates an who used to sell shoes...I had a completely bizarre experience today. Was offered help, provided shoes to try...and then just completely ignored/ abandoned. The associate chatted to colleagues, looked things up on the computer, engaged with new customers who'd just walked in, while I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting without shoes on..finally I went over to another associate who was very apologetic and helped me find some Fly Londons that fit perfectly! Hit or miss on who helps you out here.

Normally I hate shoes and clothes shopping but Jordan really made my shopping experience wonderful. She is knowledgeable and very patient and she came across as genuinely friendly. She also didn’t pressure us to buy anything and really kept our best interests at heart. Thank you Jordan for the great shopping experience. Ps: she even shined the shoes for us upon purchase so they looked even nicer!
