I have been going to this location for 30 years. I recently re-started my G.I. Joe collection (this store was G.I. Joe Heaven when I was a kid (80's kid) and I find this store a breath of fresh air. I understand that Joe stock is hard to get but the employees always try their best, the proactively approach customers, they will check in the back for more stock. They will ask probing questions. They really do go above and beyond. In today's retail landscape, its really just amazing customer service! The bike guy is amazing, I wish I knew his name. And it works, not only do I go there for myself, but its the store I bring my wife and kids to shop for toys! Thanks keep it up!

Still a good place to buy toys , went shopping their for one of my family members . Haven't been to a ToysRUs in years . It hasn't change much . Toys Change and the emphasis of what type of toys kids are playing with changes but its still a great all round toy store to shop in.

The store was organized and clean, however, the supervisor Jenny was not only disrespectful to customers, but also her own employees, and I’d rather take my business elsewhere after witnessing that.
I come all the time. Nice, clean and bright store. I never have to wait long in line when I have to pay. Good selection of toys. Sales on items are ok. Most time what I’m looking for I can’t find or it’s gone. When ever I want to buy something there’s no price tag. Really annoying when you have a kid with you.
We received really great customer service from this location last Friday. We traveled to the store to exchange an online order and employees went above and beyond for us. Greatly appreciated!
