Terrible food. The teriyaki chicken and sushi were mediocre at best, and it only got worse from there. The yakisoba and yakiudon both tasted like salty ketchup, it was completely inedible. We tried to call them multiple times, with no answer (they were still open for an hour). When we called back the next day, they said there was no manager to speak to, and hung up on us. I guess there's a reason I hadn't tried them sooner. Easily the worst Japanese food I've had in multiple cities across multiple provinces; there are much better local businesses to support.

I give it 5 starts because it's a sushi joint in Grande Prairie. Northern land locked Alberta and somehow has fresh and delicious fish. Miso soup is on point here. Moderately priced. Definitely worth a stop.
Eat here fairly regularly, the food is always fresh and the service is REALLY great. They always remember you and stop for a chat which is nice! Favorite things: Beef Butter Yaki, Sukiyaki, Lunch Box C, fitness roll and my brother loves the beef yakisoba! Also their miso soup is much better than the other places in town.
Easily the best sushi in Grande Prairie. Sometimes people may claim another sushi is the best in town. They are wrong. Tokyo Ichiban is the best. A little expensive, but that's because they are the best. Also, try the Crunchy Rolls.
Worst place to eat. I ordered shoyu ramen and it didn't even look like ramen and has odor when they served it. I told the server i didn't want it and she said it just came from a package and they just come like that. Worst customer service.
