Dreadful Service. we call Daryll of West Kootenays Appliance Service a few weeks ago regarding our dryer that would not dry anything, and Daryll said that the problem was a thermostat problem, he even went as fare as saying he checked the vents and it was definitely not a veining issue and therefore it was definitely the a thermostat problem. He then replaced the thermoset and with in days the problem was back again , where he replaced it again this happened 3 times after the 3rd time we called in another company who informed us that it was a venting problem when we called Daryll about this as he cost us over 400,00 and asked him in a resendable manner to address this issue he hung up on us. This guy and his company is a cowboy con artist and a coward. We recommend you stay way from this company. as the owner is a rip off and con artist
