This gym has hands down one of the best environments. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Al and Nancy have set up the perfect little gym that’s so thoughtfully put together with equipment that works for any type of workout.

Visiting family and did drop in. Thought the ‘no outside shoes’ was a bit strange until I saw how immaculate the gym was!! Staff was friendly, equipment was clean and well maintained. Well done!
