Not sure what the problem with this store is but I was apauled at the extremely high price tags on EVERYTHING. Went in for a Hi-Vis jacket and they are selling the same jacket that Walmart sells for 44.99, for 139.99 at riffs. Needless to say I turned around and walked out without wasting a single dollar.

I went to exchange a pair of pants I had bought for a Christmas gift. I had the receipt and then still refused to return them. Stating 'i don't know if they were bought here or not. If I didn't buy the pants there. Why would I have a receipt for it. I only wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Very unprofessional and rude employees. Refused to let me talk to anyone higher up in management. This will be the last thing I'll ever buy at this location.

I tried to return a pair of wind pants that were too small for me to wear but they refused to take it back. The idiot I was dealing with claimed that the pants looked like they were worn. She was an absolutely terrible person to deal with and would rather argue with me instead of listening to what I had to say. Because of this I will never shop there again.
