Ordered slit seeding plus weed control service on Sep.18. Since then, being a very positive experience by dealing with Jay who always answers my questions patiently. He also arranged touch up service and timer setting for me! The germination is starting but unable to see the final result yet. The organic weed control didn’t work out after 1st application... needs more applications! If the lawn turns back nicely, I’ll definitely give a 5 star review and order their service again! For now, highly recommended! Also thanks to Denise and Robert! Almost one month now, the new grass are super greenish and dense! Glad the slit seeding works with such a good budget! Thank you ! Overall it’s a big company, but they take care to send the same people over to my place for each service so they know my place. Toby in particular is polite, professional and communicates well. In my place he needs to access the house inside to do the job, so these qualities are important. AND he always has clean white socks on! :)
Fantastic service as always! The technician, Robert Greenwood is super knowledgeable. We’ve had various backyard things done, which has disturbed our irrigation system and he is always able to repair, adjust or install anything that’s needed. I always feel like our irrigation system is in great hands after he visits!
Keith got me all set up with a lawn irrigation system. Its been so nice not having to pull out the hose to maintain the grass. The system is easy to use Hassel free, and any questions I had were answered right away. Even came to house just to show me the features. Thanks Keith and your team of professionals.
