This company sounds great when you sign up but unfortunately in my 5 years using them, Dr.Green does not deliver. I used Dr.Green for over 4 years buying the premium service every year because I thought it would give me a healthy looking lawn. That is not the case. Dr.Green does not execute. Don't show up on days they say and when you follow up to confirm, you get put on a 'RUSH' list but no 'rush' happens. They also have forgotten time-sensitive visits like aeration. I do not recommend this service. Lots of sales people working the phones but not enough service people to match.

Dr. Green has always been very responsive to my lawn care concerns, if they apply a product and it rains they come out and redo it. I have recommended them to my neighbors who are now their customers as well.
I haven’t tried other lawn companies like Weedman etc. This is mainly because my experience with Dr. Green has been quite positive. The prices are reasonable, and buying the annual package with one lump-sump payment saves me considerable money. I believe there are about 10-12 visits during the year, depending on the services you sign up for. I always get a message by email or text in advance of the visit. That allows me to keep the backyard door unlocked only on the day of the visit. The professionals sent by Dr. Green do their jobs properly and always leave a note outlining the job that was done with instructions for me, if required. Sometimes the note ends with a smiling emoji and best wishes to keep safe during the pandemic. We appreciate these small gestures. I can’t tell you enough how these small extra gestures help make the overall experience an excellent one. Our lawn is quite large and Dr. Green has been the main reason why our neighbours always compliment us on our well-kept lawn during summers. In fact, two of the neighbours will switch to Dr. Green this year solely based on how good our lawn has been keeping. All in all, a good job so far. Hopefully, Dr. Green will keep up this high level of service in the coming years.
We have been very satisfied, and have been with Dr. Green services for over 20 years. They now use organic materials, so no worries about poisons on your lawn. The office staff are always knowledgeable and follow-up on any requests. The regular maintenance of our lawn is excellent, but remember that you are also a part of the equation. Watering is essential for the lawn to stay healthy. The staff that work on the lawn have always been knowledgeable, professional, and ready to explain everything that is being done. We highly recommend their services
WARNING DO NOT USE DR.GREEN! Terrible company. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Multiple calls from the start of the season and nothing changed, these guys were a complete waste of money. Cancelled today. You can buy a bottle of the same herbicide they use for 40 at Home Depot and do a better job yourself. That’s what I’ve decided to do. NOBODY SHOULD USE THEM! TERRIBLE!! ZERO STARS!
