Decent selection of items but most things are pretty pricey, but they're definitely good quality. They often don't have some meat items that are on sale in. If you're a real health nut or are just looking for diet specific things you're very likely to find what you want! They also have a lot of great company made products and the free-range chicken I got from there is still my favourite I've had

Was air conditioned, haha. Very good food and customer service was friendly and awesome. I’d call Goodness Me! for my GROCERIES ANYTIME. Plan to be there in afternoons.

Pleasant experience. Staff in the natural department section are always very helpful. One drawback-On exiting, on your far left lane, why are there two checkout counters lined up following each other on the way out? It is hard to maintain 6ft safely when both counters have customers checking out. A solution would be to just keep one counter open for checkout per lane.

Very sad the location on Mavis and Bristol closed. Lots of tasty different things to try. The staff were friendly and helpful and generally merchandise at a great price. No health food store like it in the area :(
