Great staff who are truly welcoming and pleasant. They are tremendously serious about respectfully maintaining a clean safe environment for all who workout and work there. Bravo!

Guy (Paul) at counter could not give a day pass while me and my wife were at London sick kids hospital with our child. He suggested we go online to get them for 25 x 2. Apparently they cannot give them at the gym, or he didn't want us there. Then proceed to tell us where a pool is, when what we wanted was weights. As we both use a power rack and Olympic weights at home and wanted to keep up out workouts. While stuck at the Ronald McDonald house. This man not only didn't listen to us, pre judged what we were there for and made us feel uncomfortable while away from home and had a few hours where we didn't need to be stuck in the hospital beside our sick daughter. Also suggested I put my child in daycare. Didn't take anytime to try and help us while we were in need.

Nice facility. Not nice people. People who train there have an ego, and the workers there do not care about the customers, only themselves. Never getting another dollar from me.

This gym is beautiful and high quality but has horrible service and customer appreciation. My husband and I signed up to Goodlife Fitness years ago. We've been loyal members but there came a time where we had to cancel our membership due to a career shift and we no longer had the time to go to the gym. It was a NIGHTMARE to cancel. We were in contact with our sign up rep the entire time and each time he said he would \handle it\ that meant that he would ignore our requests and go on around his day. We were charged for god only knows how many weeks because they wouldn't ever put the cancellation through. After a few months of these shenanigans we noticed the charges stopped. Great. Then we get a call from a law firm being told that we OWE them for an outstanding balance on cancellation fee's. LIKE WHAT!? We've been transparent the ENTIRE time that we wanted to cancel and accepted the fee's to terminate our memberships. Huge waste of time and massive stress. I don't recommend any of our friends and/or relatives to go here. Fit4Less is cheaper and even though it's by the same company, MUCH better handled.

Loved - I found the perfect place to run during the winter time.
