I visited this showroom with my friend, who wanted to look for a truck. We saw this 2012 RAM 3500 and we talked to the salesperson named Diana. Overall the truck was in good condition but had a lot of rust and required undercoat for the truck. We talked to the salesperson and she also talked to the manager about the undercoat painting and other fixes for truck and they agreed to do it before signing the paper and we made the deal. So they told us it would take 2 days for painting and other fixes. Then after 2 days my buddy went to pick up the truck, he noticed that they haven't done the undercoat painting so we again talked to salesperson and she also saw the truck and noticed the painting wasn't done. So she went to talk the manager, but they said they won't do it because it was expensive and they didn't mention this before signing the deal. So they didn't do what they agreed on. And also they didn't give us a spare key for the truck and when we asked about that, they said it would be an extra 1000 dollars, which they didn't mention in the beginning of the deal. And when we had some question on the financing department, the women who worked there wasn't really helpful and was very rude. The salesperson Diana was nice, helpful and she was trying to work around what we asked for but end of the day, we were extremely disappointed in the company. If you are planing to look trucks at this place, MAKE SURE YOU SIGN THE PAPERS AFTER KNOWING ALL THE ASPECTS OF THE DEAL because there is a possibility that you can be misled.

I took a risk buying a used vehicle online without seeing the vehicle in person. The dealership was good to deal with up front, willing to answer questions, and willing to discuss requirements, what was in stock, etc. They arranged a driver to drive the vehicle to me, and drive my trade-in back, which saved me allot of hassle with covid, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with most aspects of the transaction. The driver showed up, had the paperwork, I signed, and he left. After, I noticed the mirror housing (black plastic, doesn't jump out at you unless the light hits it right) was cracked, and texted the salesman. He was going to speak to his manager, and 2 months later, is a ghost.... so, in retrospect, I would recommend the most thorough walkthrough ever before signing anything. It is worth it to note, that the rest of the vehicle is exactly as expected, which is why i never thought about returning it. Since there has been no attempt to make the mirror right, I cant say i would recommend it to anyone.

I'm very pleased with my recent purchase from Go Auto Outlet South. Eric my salesman was great, the manager George was easy to deal with, Deena was very pleasant, and service did a great job getting \Fey\ all clean and shiny. There was a bit of a hiccup with a feature that came with the vehicle but they fixed it right away.
