I love this store!! My dog is a picky eater with a slight allergy they were able to help me pick out a food she likes by providing me with samples and told me what signs would suggest she likes it. Would recommend this store to anyone

Please double check before you order ACANA Grassland cat food(1.8kg) as it automatically changed to ACANA Pacifica on the website. I was trying to order the Grassland but was given the Pacifica at the store due to this system error. The store staff didn't give me a chance to explain what happened and kept telling me this is what I ordered. The staff also told me there is no return policy although I didn't even ask whether I can return. I understand the store staff had nothing to do with this system error but was disappointed with the attitude of refusing communication. The store used to provide good customer service, but not this time.
Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. I so appreciate that they are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. I always end up chatting with the staff when I go in! Great selection of food, treats, pet beds, grooming tools, toys, and more. And some really cute bandanas, sweaters, and coats!
I came in looking for treats for my new puppy earlier last week. It was my first time in here I wasn’t greeted at the door. It took 5 minutes before someone came out of the back of the store all I could hear was gossip and laughter. When someone did come out they were on there phone and didn’t even see me. Until I approached them. I didn’t enjoy my experience as the staff really don’t put the customers first and seem to only care about their phones. The manager needs to be on top of this. Very displeased and not happy with first visit.
