All work done by professionals and was top notch .I threw a curve by adding more work than originally asked for and the employees took every thing in stride .The work was done in a professional manner and done in a timely manner .The air conditioner is fantastic and the new furnace works like a charm. We did not quite know how to set the new thermostat but one call to Glacier and a technician came to our home and gave us a course on how to set it. We are thrilled with the new air condition and furnace and will use Glacier for all our heating and cooling needs

Bryan was very knowledgeable and polite during his visit to repair our air conditioner. He clearly explained the problem and provided me with a approximate repair cost. He also noticed the radiator on the unit was dirty and cleaned it for me. A nice touch. Will use Sardis Plumbing / Glacier Air for future work.
We had problem with the heat pump, the technician Bryan Crawford was very professional and because of COVID-19 Bryan was wearing PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) during the inspection of the furnace and the repairs to the heat pump. Bryan was at our dwelling within 2 hours and completed the diagnostics and repairs within an hour. He then set us for a follow appointment. Awesome Client Service.
