I am 70 years old and have bought 3 (or is it 4?) bikes from Giant. I have cycled all over Europe with them and have always had wonderful service from the team. I now have their latest e-bike and as soon as the weather warms up a bit I'll be back on it. I have stopped doing any of my own maintenance as Giant is literally next door to where I live. If I need anything, they do it, well and fast. Thanks guys, you are the full package.

Bought my bike here few days ago. Vincent was friendly and a nice guy! Shout out to the guy who build my bike in there. Cheers

THE OWNER DOES NOT ABIDE BY COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL - The owner came in an hour before closing, without a mask, and never put a mask on while he served multiple customers. All the employees and customers wore masks, as required, but the owner didn’t. Why does the owner hold himself to a different standard with no regard to safety protocols?

I made an order of Amiti E2 two weeks ago and it was supposed to be ready for March 30th. No one contacted me. I tried to contact multiple times to confirm if its ready and if I can come to collect it, but no one replied to my emails or picked up the phone. Can I please get a confirmation if I can come to pick it up?

Ordered a 2021 Defy Advanced Pro 3 online for pickup in-store. Coming from about two hours away to pickup (COVID times, bikes are scarce). It took a bit of time to ensure the bike was ready to go, which was totally understandable given the closures. However the bike definitely didn’t get much attention. The rear tubeless tire won’t hold air for longer than 24h, the front brake needs to be bled (touches handle bar before biting), and the cable routing along the bars will need to be redone (cables catch the stem bolts when turning). All in all, this may of been not too bad of a circumstance if I was a shirt drive away, but given the four hour round trip, I’ll have to get it serviced at Giant Ottawa and eat the cost.
