I bought a brand new condo and my brand new appliances on oct 2018 with this company. After three weeks of using the appliances the oven stopped working, when we called the store we got very bad service. It took them two weeks to refer us the whirlpool where a technician was sent to repair the oven. Then a few weeks later the dishwasher stopped working. Again a whirlpool technician was sent to take care of the reparations. After the reparation the dishwasher started leaking, that resulted in damaging our kitchen island and floors! After further investigation through whirlpool, we found out that the appliances were purchased by the store in 2014. Thus, they were stored at the store warehouse for almost 4 years. That Whirlpool does not know in what condition the appliances were stored. So if the warehouse was not heated properly, etc, the items would experience wear and tear due to bad storing conditions. We are now dealing with these problems, as the store is not responsible for the problems once the items are delivered. We will now have to deal with Whirlpool to try and get our kitchen island/floors repaired and have the dishwasher repaired/exchanged. Its so disappointing, when you buy brand new items you do not expect them to brake so easily and so fast specially when you put certain amount of money on them. DO NOT BUY from this store, not only you will get bad after sale service but appliances that might brake after a month of usage.
