I recently had an issue with a purchase I made almost a year ago. The manufacturer of the furniture had a ridiculously small window for the warranty. Spoke to Eric in the service department and he managed to get replacements for me. He was very understanding and helpful. It is so hard to find great customer service nowadays...but thanks to Eric, Parks is one of those rare gems!!! THANKS ERIC!! \u003c3

A great place with lots of variety. Owner Patrick Gabriel was very obliging and I was able to pick up a good quality Ashley sofabed for the condo.

Sales person Olga was so informative and very helpful. We had a glitch with our armoire and she took care of it within 24 hours.

quite possibly the worst experience of any furniture store I have ever experienced. They will try to charge you any extra fees they can, they will deliver the furniture late, they will tell you they can assemble your furniture then will refuse to do so at the last second. Very disorganized service and unreliable. They are happy to leave you hanging last second and charge you extra fees for sub par service. I encourage the owner to contact me regarding this service. However, I do not believe they care enough about customers to do so.

The staff here were very polite and helpful. They help me load my new furniture i bought today and while i was strapping it down they loaded another guy who didn't bring anything to tie his furniture down with and then got upset they didn't carry rope or twine. They explained its a legal thing, makes sense Great guys
