i can say,,,i was not born with golden spoon in my mouth,,,,when i purchase anything Quaility is number1 2 is material used 3 is the price,,,,,,,gears got all put together all 3 of them,,,,,there cover are the best i seen,,,,,,DONT PASS THESE GUY BY 150% satisfaction i think The hood is covered with soft non scratch pile linning ,,they come in there own bag to store ,,,,,you cant ask for more,,,i bought 2 of them there that good

I was already impressed with the quality of the products from prior experience. I have First Gear heated clothing and and my girlfriend has Gears. In my opinion the Gears clothing is of better quality. For this purchase, I had some questions and phoned them. The person that answered was knowledgeable and helpful. The gloves I purchased arrived next day, and again the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

Firstly it is super nice to be able to support a Canadian company. I ordered the item directly from Gears. The delivery was as prompt as promised. This dicky is more than I expected. Its perfect. The material is fleecy soft so it wont itch your skin and the fit is also perfect. I love, love it! Thank you Gears. I will be looking to your company for other items from now on. Amazon, for the exact same item and from Gears was more expensive and would have taken weeks to be delivered. Mine came in two business days. Five stars all the way!

They had noticed that the battery I had ordered with my heated jacket was not going to last very long and recommended that I upgrade to the next level.
