I loved the service here... Very friendly and personable. My 3 star review is based on the results of having zippers replaced on my winter boots. The left boot zipper was sewn in unevenly and leaves a 1/4inch above the zipper. Also, there was a protective 'flap' behind the zipper which had been cut out and now when wearing nylons or tights they get pulled and sometimes ripped.
I have been going to these guys for almost 20 years now and follow them arround when they move, best service, best prices and best repairs, dont go anywhere else!
