We had the unfortunate situation to put our beloved dog Mack down. I was definitely out of my elements. Trying to decide what we wanted and make our decisions was almost impossible but I was lucky enough to deal with Desiree . I left a rather distressed phone message and she kindly returned my call after hours and helped me with my order .plus offered her sympathy and chatted about our dog of 14 years . Her final message was we will do a nice job for you and your son. The phone call was above her requirements and made me feel so much better. Please use this service you will not regret it at all

I recently lost my cat Cleo, and saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I brought her to my vet in Windsor, ON and they gave me all the information for cremation.
