Good friendly staff at this place went there to sell a game council to them that I thought was in good shape original xbox but they told me it was no good so I took it home and threw it in the gator age along with the controtrolers the chords and everything else that went with it but I made sure it will never be used for parts or anything else or dug out by the banners and sold there pretty collectable from what I understand but now im going to have a chat with the guy that sold it to me about getting my money back illvlet him talk to game city so they can inform him whats wrong with it

I love the concept of this store! The selection is great, and the staff are always super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only problem, which sometimes can be rather frustrating, is that they never seem to have enough staff on! I've found that when they're busy managing the customers bringing in their old gear it really limits the staff's ability to help everyone in a timely manner.
