First time in today and got to deal with Marilyn and Sandy. Marilyn treated me like I was spending 10k when I was spending about 120 total. She took incredible interest and care in helping me make my decision. Then off to parts where I was met with knowledgeable staff and though I only had questions I was treated again like I was their best customer. Within an hour of leaving I had email with total for some products Sandy was helping me price out. I’d say I’ve shopped at all the bike stores in west Ottawa and have never had such an enjoyable experience. Definitely stop in and see Marilyn!
I'm really happy with these guys, one lady in particular, she went above and beyond to make me feel happy. I made a bad purchase and instead of being stuck with it I was allowed to return it without any issues, got bike parts :) thank you very much.
