We know the model that we wanted to buy going in... and wanted to buy closer to where the RV will be parked so that we can service it easily. Attempted to buy a Jayco trailer from the Leduc location was a very poor experience. Asked salesperson multiple times to provide a quote with agreed on equipment - free from mistakes. Asked more than 6 times via email, each time the quote came back with wrong numbers, missing numbers, missing options, missing financing information, numbers cut off on the side. They also don't use any kind of Deposit agreement... so without knowing you could be in for a surprise with any future issues related to your purchase. Called and asked for Sales manager to phone... no calls back. Spoke to Finance guy told him of the issues, he advised would escalate to the general manager... never heard anything. would you feel comfortable purchasing from somewhere than cant even get a sales invoice correct?

This is a satellite store for Frazerway in Lacombe so the selection on the lot is small but the staff are helpful.
Great place for all your RV purchases whether new or used, rental returns.
Lots of wonderful selection trailers the salesman took the time explaining everything. Wonderful place.
