Easy dealing with this place. Went to look at q trailer put a deposit down returned a week later to pick up the trailer and everything went smoothly. Technician went over everything with me.

Probably the worst shopping experience ever. My family paid for a brand new RV trailer. We received something that was used. After much effort, we received the new one as originally intended. I don’t trust this place. Caution advised.
Kudos to Fraserway RV in Lacombe, AB: I was having water heater failures and they quickly replaced the controller board (twice) but it seems the boards were from a bad batch and each failed after heating one tankful of water. Last weekend the second replacement failed, so I phoned Kevin, the Service Manager, explained the situation and he said come right in and we'll fix it right away. Job done in 30 minutes and so far the heater has lit and relit when it is supposed to. All experience with this Fraserway dealer and previously in Halifax, NS and Kamloops, BC has been excellent!!
