We purchased our first RV from Randy, he was amazing. His sense of humour, along with his knowledge made our buying experience a pleasure. He was never afraid to admit when he didnt have an answer, and did everything he could to respond apropriately. He even showed up on the day of pickup with \RV warming\ gifts. I would highly recomend if you are thinking, or unsure of purchasing an RV, talk to Randy!!

Got a destination trailer off these guys. Finance great, trailer sale with salesman great, delivery great. All the things wrong with the trailer on the PDI, not good. A ton of issues, not yet resolved 4 months later and end of season. I’m still waiting on approval to fix things from beginning of season/ purchase. Some of the stuff was fixed right away and they were right on it, but some of the other stuff like the shower walls they were not. If this stuff gets fixed, 100% 5 star, everything else in this deal was great. But as of now, not very impressed with what should have been fixed already.
On top of being Canda’s largest RV dealership, with locations all over Canada. Fraserway in Kelowna is one of the best, if not the best on the West Coast: the sales, service, financing, insurance. which gave me the best options for my money, with an excellent reputation. I wouldn’t think I’m going anywhere else, it was worth the drive. Thank You again Fraserway :) kev
