I was loyal to this company since they opened 10 years ago. They always had good pricing and excellent service. Over the last few years however their pricing has gotten ridiculously expensive. I was just quoted 195 for a mask that other websites are selling for 136 or 99 even. They don't have prices on their website like other companies do. It seems they charge whatever they think they can get away with. They don't seem to care about customer loyalty or retention. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Can’t get over how amazing the service is here. On Thursday night I went to go purchase my loaner and Vikram was super nice and made the process comfortable and easy! Also the other times I have come here or interacted with someone over the phone it has been equally amazing. They have a bunch of masks for the CPAP machines and explain everything about them as well as the machines so well. I’m so happy I came here :) thanks guys!
Great Service! FPM Solutions provided me quick walk-in service. The location and hours were quite convenient. They have ample parking, since they are location by the hospital, which they also validated. Vic was quite knowledgeable and provided me with in-depth answers to all of my questions. He contacted my insurance coming as I sat with him; and I was in and out with a new CPAP machine in under an hour. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.
Went in for replacement items and dealt with the most helpful gentleman. He answered all our questions and did his best to find everything we needed. He even filled out all our insurance forms and validated our parking... what more could you want?
Was here on a Saturday to buy a new mask and filters..... Very very polite, professional service. Reasonable prices. Will definetly go back.
