Tom came to our house and we had a great discussion about home standby generators and because of his professionalism we are going to have this company take care of the whole system for us and probably will be going to have this company out for any or quite possibly all of the upgrades that we will require in the future. We’ve had Tom and Scott and Justin and a fairly large crew come out to our home and install a complete home standby generator system and a ductless split heat pump system for us in what we consider to be record time for the amount of work that was required as our home needed more than just the basics to get modernized and up to code and we are entirely pleased with the service that they have provided and the quality of their work and products that they have provided as well.

Scott came the same day we called even though we live outside of town. It was our first time using this company and we definitely will be using them for every other issue in the future. He was thorough, honest, and explained everything as he inspected our furnace. Our furnace is older and was on its last legs and Scott gave us multiple options to fix it as well as to replace. Even though it was late at night and well past their work hours, Scott was able to get us a quote, set us up for financing and schedule us for a full replacement before leaving the house. He got us a great deal on a furnace and also gave us information on how to do some minor repairs on our own to save money. Our furnace will be fully installed in just a few days, no long waits, and will have a 10 year warranty. This company also carries most of the parts needed to do repairs with them at all times, so there is no back and forth. We definitely would recommend this company!

Brandon performed a main drain clearing with camera inspection service special to solve our plumbing issue. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the process along the way. Tom the electrician was honest and is a good asset to the team. I am a member and pay 189.00 for 12 months at the Outback resort. This includes One electrical inspection per year. Tom took off my Electrical panel and suggested I get a surge protector. Said box was in very good condition. We both noticed construction dust in the electrical circuit breaker box but did not take the time to plow it out. Replaced the electrical panel . He than wrote on his report circuit box requires cleaning. Why not just ask the customer if they would like it cleaned now and how much? Now I would have to book an appointment again and wait 2-4 hours for an electrician to arrive and plow out the dust. I do not like standard pricing and I would rather pay by the hour.
