Not a very nice experience in term of service especially in the Richmond branch. The staff seems rude there. Plus only limited appliance and choices there. I dunt think I will ever visit the Richmond branch ever again!!! Please improve your staff's attitude and manner! Rude manner bad attitude!

I am Filipino and I was in the middle of asking a question about a rice cooker when a white couple walked in. The store employee immediately shifted his attention to the couple completely ignoring the fact that I was first in line and in the middle of talking. So typical.
