Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. During lockdown Mike went out of his way to make sure we got a flooring style we liked and provided many samples at curbside and for us to take home to make a final decision. We also had a few damaged boards which were replaced without any hassle.

Going into the Flooring Warehouse, I had already had several horrible experience with another store and I was questioning even getting my floors done at all. John from Flooring Warehouse took the time to explain all the different types of Hardwood flooring, we discussed the issues with the space (low profile and a weird tile placement) and he even come out to measure for me to make sure we could get the flooring I wanted. Their installers, Antonio and his son, completed the job in half a day, removing my carpet/under padding, removing the extra tile, cutting and fitting all the panels and installing the doorstop. I am so happy with the results and thankful to both John and Antonio for their dedication (COVID challenges of course). I could not have asked for a better result.
I found tile that is perfect on a television show. I called the Flooring Warehouse and asked if I could send them a picture to see if they carry it. Before I could even get their email address the man I spoke with basically told me it wasn't going to happen. Couple of things here... First, even if you don't think you can do it you should humor your customer and look at the picture because you don't know! Second, maybe you carry something similar that you could suggest in place of what your customer looking for. Are you salespeople or order takers? Third, people talk and post reviews on Google. A few minutes of polite conversation and a 10 second look at an email could have gotten you a positive review. A little more respect in the middle of a lockdown when I am trying to spend money at a local business rather than ordering online would have been appreciated.
Very friendly and informative place. The product here is amazing whether it's for laminate, carpet, tiles, or other flooring products; it's all good quality. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience here and appreciate the help and guidance from the gentleman that assisted my mother and I.
