Thanks very much for the on time delivery of my recumbent bike. I have used it every day. The two assemblers were excellent and took all garbage away with them. I really didn't think you could deliver during Covid but you did. I thought the delivery and assembly charge a little high at 250 and that is the only reason I gave 4.5* rating rather than a 5*.

Great customer service. I was desperately looking to get my hands on a (very hard to find) Schwinn IC4 spin bike. Jennifer managed to track one down for me and secure it for pick up. Thanks for all your help Jenn!

She is extremely responsive, kind, and very customer service oriented. I would go there again in a heartbeat for my next gym item. Had a great experience dealing with Flaman for a treadmill repair so decided to go with them for a Max Trainer. Called in mid-late August and was told they were out, but more were coming for mid-September and to secure one I had to pay up front. I figured was fair based on the demand for this product. Come late September, I still hadn't heard so tried calling and emailing. Eventually was contacted and told that they'd been delayed, and they should know when they'll be in on October 6th. It's now the 15th, still haven't heard a thing, no answers to email or calls. I get things aren't moving like they used to, but the lack of transparency or willingness to connect with a customer isn't acceptable. Be clear when the product is going to be in, make it right if you can't, or else give the customer a chance to get their money back. Your silence doesn't allow for any of those things. Edit: Need to note that once Leanne became involved, things were resolved very quickly. Thank you for taking the time to get back to me and helping solve the issue.
