Excellent service via email with sales staff, but the in-store experience was a bit of a let down. The service staff were incredibly nice, but seemed distracted, left me waiting for a long time while they joked and messed around with other customers and kept picking up phone calls. I understand they're jovial fellows but quit fooling around and serve your customers. Overall happy with my purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with this Fitness Town location. I arrived once ten minutes after the location closed. The Manager (forgot his name) actually saw me walk away and unlocked the door and ran after me to let me in. Now that’s customer service. I also ordered a power rack, Olympic bar and weights from Liezle. She was incredible to work with. Prepared a quote for me and I was able to pay online. Prices were excellent and they are not gouging customers in Covid times. She arranged for all equipment to be available for me to pickup at the same time. She even sent me a email Sunday evening to update me on the order. Over and above customer service. Can’t say enough about how well I was treated by Liezle and the manager at this location. Highly recommend.
My husband and I purchased a lot equipment and flooring for our home gym. The team at Fitness Town Coquitlam were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. In particular we had a lot of communication with Liezle – I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She was truly excited for us to get our gym organized. We would highly recommend Fitness Town Port Coquitlam!
My boyfriend and I stopped in to browse and get ideas for our home gym that we are putting together. We were helped by Liezle, who was knowledgeable, not pushy, and attentive to our needs. My heart was set on an elliptical, but unfortunately decent ones come in a much higher price range than what was realistic for us (it was totally wishful thinking). Liezle directed our gaze towards an exercise bike that, upon first impression, I wasn’t too fond of (I hate exercise bikes, lol). She took the time to explain all the features to us and how this one is actually so much more than your average exercise bike - it’s a hybrid between an elliptical and a bike, and it even has an option to give you an arm/back workout instead of cycling. She convinced me to get on and give it a try, and I’m so glad that I did. I liked it a lot. It checked all the boxes, and the best part of all is that it was totally within our price range! We ended up walking out of there with that exercise bike, plus a workout bench and a couple mats, which she was able to give us a great deal on. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to us and come up with a great recommendation. If it wasn’t for this kind of service, I would have left the store feeling disappointed that I’d have to wait to save up for my elliptical, or settle for something used. Now our home gym is complete, and I’m ready for New Years Resolutions 2021!
