Excellent equipment and the prices are far better than fitness depot. Staff is great, very friendly. I highly recommend them, I've been shopping there for years.

I purchased Am-Staff equpiment second-hand and was looking for a few replacement parts for the equipment. I would have purchased the equipment new from Fitness Avenue, but unfortunately they were sold out of the pieces I was looking for (this is no fault of their own, I understand there is higher than normal levels of demand). I emailed Fitness Avenue twice regarding ordering replacement parts and never received a response email. I was dissappointed by their inability to respond to my emails as I was interested in ordering from them. As a business, if you direct people to reach out to you with questions via email, it is important that you actually respond to the emails customers send. Prices and selections on the website are great, just wish customer service was as important.

I am very impressed with how the Toronto staff took care of our order despite current circumstances. With all the lay offs right now due to covid-19, General Manager (Edward) took full control of my order and made sure to have it filled. I was very happy with his care and professionalism. I was also very impressed with warehouse staff. All in all, a POSITIVE experience and my concern with my order not being fulfilled due to global circumstances were completely alleviated. Thank you Edward for your kindness and customer care. You are doing a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Fitness Avenue to others and my family and I will continue to shop here!!

I ordered 350 worth of equipment. I haven't even been shipped the item yet. Having said that, I went on their website, and I e-mailed their contact e-mail and received no response. I sent 3 separate e-mails requesting an update with no response. No phone number to call for online orders. All stores closed. Is this some scam that you are taking advantage of people while they are on quarantine? It's been a full week since I placed an order, still no tracking, still not shipped out. You have all these e-mails on the website for customers to use with no response given. I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back. STAY AWAY
