Scott and Megan are both champions and after spending 5 minutes with them you'll understand why. I've been working with Scott one-on-one over the last several weeks and come to know him as kind, attentive, and very obviously knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is the sincere effort he's made to get to know me and understand my fitness goals. The difference I see between Fight Fit YYC and other personal trainers and gyms is that you're walking away with more than just a good work out... after every session you're leaving with new skills, especially if you're training Muay Thai. That's where I find the most value. Spend one session with either of them and I'm sure you'll find it more valuable than a month at the gym.

Welcoming atmosphere, state of the art facility and exceptional services. The Coaches, Scott and Meaghan, are very passionate and incredibly experienced in various avenues of health/well-being. I have used Fight Fit YYC for various reasons and have always been happy with the results. Whether you're a beginner or a professional athlete then look no further.
Worker smarter and harder? Sounds about right. The thing I like about Scott is that it’s not just lifting weights. He does a great job at explaining the science behind the “why” and filling in the missing pieces to churn out results. If you’re ready to make a commitment to change, he’s the guy who can help.
Scott is amazing at what he does!! He’s helped me get better and stronger! I definitely recommend going to him. Meaghan is also a great trainer, both of them and the environment is great!
Scott customized at home workout plans for me based on the equipment that I had, which kept me motivated and I felt stronger each week. His app is easy to use and has helpful countdowns when needed so you don't have to watch the clock. I'm happy to say I've kept up with what I've learned and don't miss going to classes I used to attend at the gym.
