Arts Martiaux Patenaude is just a great school with amazing enery. It helps you surpass your goals and treats you like family. The motovation there is incredible. KUNG FU SAVED MY LIFE!! Yes kung fu saved my life. Now your saying i am exagerating or disturbed.But i dont mean i was suicidal and it saved me. What i mean is i was in a very dark place with the aftermath of a very traumatic event and i didnt know how to release all the dark in my life and let in light or even make my own for that matter. arts martiaux patenaude did that for me. It allowed me to release the negative energy i had by letting it go and by burning it off and finding ways to replace it with the right energy. Positive energy to fuel my life and help those around me. I found a way to use my feelings and control them. To feed off those around me and help those around me feed off my energy. I learned to accept my past. To be happy with myself now and know tomorrow can be handled with greater ease with the right training. Patenaude kung fu is what i needed at the right place and time in my life. They brought me better physical health. Mental strength. Focus to my needs and wants. A larger family circle. And now i wish i joined sooner. So for helping me stop wasting my life by just existing(which isnt living!), thankyou Patenaude martial arts granby for saving my life. A positive life altering event.
Super endroit!!! j'y ai inscrit mon enfant après avoir essayé plusieurs sports. Mon fils a attrapé la piqûre, bonne discipline, le professeur est excellent avec les enfants et les plus grands. A force de venir voir mon fils ça me donne le goût de m y inscrire au cours parent enfants se qui est un bon concept en sois

Cette école d'arts martiaux est un excellent endroit pour se mettre en forme, se dépasser, apprendre et avoir du plaisir. Les cours se font dans le respect et la convivialité. Les entraîneurs sont expérimentés. On s'y sent rapidement à l'aise. À essayer absolument!
