If you need to send something, be prepared to wait in line. Everytime I go to send a package there is a very long line that goes out the door and into the parking lot. They also have very limited parking and sending a package internationally is super expensive. I suggest creating an account because an account gives you 20% off but they don't tell you the price ahead of time. It gets charged to your credit card within the month. For example, I wanted to send a small package to Peru that weighed 3.45 lbs without an account the charge was 267.00 but with my account the same package sent for 142.00

2020 very bad service. the customer must wear a face mask and the staff inside without a mask to protect from Cove 19 If you want to ship an item, they will charge you more than one envelope and before that they will scare you that it will be broken, All for them to sell more.
People in line were not 2 meters apart. No markings on the ground. Besides the health risks here the place was clean, inside were friendly. We did witness a delivery driver speed through the parking lot that is marked at 10 nearly running into an elderly woman had we not honked he most likely would have hit her.
Every express courier in the entire world has figured out that shipping a parcel requires printing the shipping label, and so have provided a complementary printer/computer availability, but not this location Very disappointing considering that this is the only FedEx ship centre location in the entire city; otherwise you’re forced to go to an authorized FedEx dealer. Put a computer there with a printer.
Terrible service with FedEx. This location is awful. They will give you the run around to get your package. The drivers do there best to not bring the package on time. Went to this location to sort it out and the customer service was awful. I figure at this point they don’t really care but holy. The lady behind the counter couldn’t tell you which way is up so maybe its a match made in heaven for them.
