The driver was rude to staff and demanded that someone help him off load the truck. After talking to the CSR they wanted more money to make a second attempt just another way to collect more money during COVID. Webster the driver or the CSR FedEx failed to deliver my package and had the excuses on why they couldn't. Look backmon my delivered for the past few years and never an issue. This is the new COVID protocol. Sad!!

Quick to unload. Call the number on the speaker before entering the gate. They will assign you the dock and the driver has to remain in the vehicle.
