The wrong City was listed on my order. It would have been easier to write off the order with a 'Wrong address' and return it to sender, but instead the driver took the extra time to figure out the name of the correct town and get the much needed package to us. Fedex is harbouring drivers that get into accidents and take off or they are incompetent. 3 separate eyewitness that seen a Fedex Truck fully marked hit our store sign and take off. Fedex has no idea who did it. Fedex claims they can track a package from anywhere in the world but can not find a truck when provided exact location, time and day! Thanks for nothing

Worst delivery service ever package was suppose to be delivered on Friday 4th dec 2020 called fedex to get update. Agent from fedex informed package would be delivered over the weekend but never showed up. Its monday 07/12/2020 10:45 am on hold with fedex for last 40 MIN. Worst delivery service company ever. For a global company like fedex they should be doing a better job at reaching their timeline. Very Disappointed.
