The Ian fellow , I was in the store probably about 2 years ago now , but that beautiful face still relies in my brain. Nicest man I’ve ever met . I would give 6 stars if I could . Sadly he was only 13 and too little to be any close with . My heart still relies with Ian to this day. Beautiful smile . Precise fabric cutting . Perfect employee. I visit on the daily and pray to get to see his pearly whites again. I think he had a heart problem though

Staff are very helpful. As someone who is new to sewing, I found the store layout very confusing. However, each time I asked a question, I got a knowledgeable and friendly response. When a product I needed was not available for purchase, I was given several practical suggestions for DIY options. If you will be buying a lot over the next year it's also worth it to get the membership... I saved quite a bit on my last big purchase, which included many tools and materials to get me started.

The selection is fine. Not amazing, but it’s not a huge city so that’s to be expected. Prices are average. The staff, however, appear to absolutely hate their jobs. On my most recent visit, 3 out of 5 staff were blatantly rude or flatly unhelpful. It can be a confusing place if you don’t spend 40hrs a week there! Yet any questions are met with judgy expressions and vague pointing. Even with masks on, the disdainful looks and eyerolls are very obvious. I’m too old to care about grumpy ladies giving me attitude when I’m spending money in their store, so I just keep smiling. The guy at the cutting table is more pleasant.

They have done an excellent job of reorganizing the shop and keeping everything tidy for Covid. I enjoy dealing with the staff. They are always cheerful and have been very helpful guiding me when I have particular questions.
