Terrible customer service. Called 3 times, spoke with a live person and left my number. The women who answered the 3 calls assured me each and every time that someone would call me back right away as I told her that I needed a custom item. It's day 5 and still no call. 1 call would have satisfied me for them to tell me that they could or couldn't assist me in the item I needed (which for me was urgent). Found another company who spoke to me right away when I explained what I needed and within 2 minutes my decision was done and have now move my business elsewhere to a place that has great customer service.

Easy to find and get to, free parking! Showroom entrance is just behind the front, there is a visible sign. There is a small stair down to the showroom and you will notice the selection of available foam they offer, in slotted storage system. When I went in, there was no one but I could hear the staff in the adjacent office.I wasn't sure what to do so I waited. A bell would be nice so one could just tap it to announce one's presence. The lady who helped me was very nice and clear with her instructions. Gave me all the pricing options to choose from. She reassured me before she went off to check inventory that if she was gone a bit longer, that meant that she was cutting the foam I had requested . Price was very reasonable and I'm now a happy customer. Definitely recommended!!!
I'm just not sure why this happens? I order foam, need it cut to size, and each one comes out slightly different. I have no choice but to try to work with it, spending time I don't have fixing other peoples mistakes.
I took 4 foams for my sofa cushion from here. Excellent quality of products. The online site of buying and process of delivery is very user friendly and fast. Staff are also very well mannered. Highly recommended.
