My daughter started the program during quarantine and I must say I was very happy with the communications and follow ups from Adam and the centre. While she doesn’t like doing extra classes (who does?!) she appreciates the 1:1 sessions. She recently said her class is all confused by a certain Math topic, but she understands it because she did it in her class with Anton. If your child needs some extra support, I would definitely recommend this approach and this centre in particular.

My son's grades DID improve after he started tutoring here. Adam is excellent - my son likes working with him and Adam keeps me up-to-date on my son's progress. Highly recommend the Sylvan approach and this location in particular.

My son is thriving in school with the support from Sylvan. He has taken both math and reading weekly during the first grade and went from reading grade 1 level to grade 3 level in a few months. His math results were even stronger. His interest in learning has improved tremendously. He loves learning with the iPad, the instructors are great and the reward points were very helpful motivators. The monthly progress review with parents is wonderful. It is a convenient and spacious location without distractions. We are so glad we signed up!

I am a Program Manager and Instructor here at Sylvan Etobicoke, and I have been a part of the Sylvan Community for just over a year. My experience at Sylvan has been nothing short of inspiring. I have had the opportunity to work with countless students, each of whom has presented me with unique and diverse learning abilities and skill sets. The challenge is to work with their individualized learning needs, so as to encourage and support them through their learning process. I have seen a multitude of students achieve their personal learning goals, and take pride in the knowledge and understandings that they have taken from their time here at Sylvan Etobicoke. There have been academic and emotional improvements among all of our Sylvan students, and the results have been remarkable. As an educator who sees absolute potential in every student, I believe that the Sylvan method of individualized instruction can help each student attain the level of success and esteem that they yearn for.
