Place/paid for my order online that should take 24 hours to process, a week passed and I am still waiting for confirmation that my order is ready for pick up. I tried calling to store directly through the number that Sherway mall provided me, It's been 2 days now in I still can get through to any store representative. I will be switching to Keurig going forward.

I would also give a zero if I could. The customer service is unacceptable. I tried to place an order on their website and received an error message. I proceeded to call customer service who told me my account was locked (I’ve never placed an order before, I had created my account an hour prior). They said they’d get in touch with the rewards department to unblock me. 5 days later I never heard from them. I called the store to then try and place an order and they said they can’t take orders over the phone. So, I created another account and placed an order and now we can’t get through to the store to pickup our order. I’ve never experienced anything like this and if it wasn’t a Christmas gift I would never give this brand my money.

Would give them a zero if it was an option. Brutally slow and painful customer service. On the phone for 40 minutes to place a basic order for curb side pickup at Sherway. Was supposed to get a free travel mug with my order and was told Sherway doesn’t have them in stock. Was given the option to place the order at square one but they don’t have 80 of the capsules I ordered, thus reducing the total to a number that was below what was eligible for a free gift. Asked if it was possible to get a rain check on the mug, or free sleeves of coffee as an alternative and was told that’s not possible. At that point, tired of having my time wasted, I gave up and placed the order anyways. Nespresso has to be the most inflexible, non customer friendly business I have ever transacted with. Even when stores were open, 9/10 times the experience was snobby and pretentious. I am running out of reasons to continue shopping here.

I was buying a nespresso machine for my father. The sales rep talking to me was super helpful, knowledgeable and let me know which machines had a discount. The store itself is spacious and has a nice display. It busy on a Saturday afternoon but I got service within 5 minutes of being there. Overall great experience, I will be coming back to get my coffee refills at this store.
