5 stars another 5 stars. On February 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., I placed a order for Ara Azzurro coffee. At 3:30 p.m. I answered a knock at the door and it was my order. I was surprised and speechless that my package was delivered within several hours. I was not expecting it to arrive until 4-5 days later. Amy, customer service, you are a gem. You positively represent your company with great customer service skills. You have exceeded my customer service expectations. Your kindness, understanding, patience, shows you and your company value their customers. The customer service model your company is using is working. Thank you!

This is a great brand of coffee! If you see this brand in your local grocery store, I really suggest giving it a try, and if don't see it I suggest asking for it. I am an avid espresso drinker and can honestly say that I have tried pretty much every brand, this by far is one of my favorites! The coffee makes a perfect rich cream on top just like you would expect and see in a cafe, and it doesn't matter what type of machine you use. If you are in the area, stop by the factory for some fresh roasted beans. Definitely worth the price and you will not be disappointed!

Disappointing visit. Went there looking for some fresh roasted beans. Instead found that the packages just have a 'best before' date on them and the staff didn't know when it was roasted and didn't seem to care.
