The entire team at Marino’s is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and always ready to help you! Everyone at Marino’s treat you like family and make sure you are fully satisfied with every visit or consultation. For my first interaction with the team, salesman Mo, had gone above and beyond my expectations and made sure I was well taken care of. As a first time car buyer I highly recommend Marino’s for their outstanding service. They make every effort and more possible to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Another note on safety during the pandemic, the Marino’s team have carefully put in all the safety precautions thought of possible to ensure workers and client safety when coming into the dealership.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Subaru, from the sales to service, everything was exceptional! From the start, the rep Bradie was most helpful, patient and so very nice. Of all the dealerships I went to, she was the only one who took the time to make our experience smooth and efficient without putting on any pressure to make the sale. Above all, I am so happy with my new Forester!

Have to give a huge shout out to all of the service people I encountered at Marino’s! They were all top notch - starting with salesperson Mo Beituni! Mo was professional and extremely helpful and patient during the process! I have never had the experience of buying a car before and he was willing to allow me to have my family along with me from start to finish! Mo even took his time replying to all of my questions and queries in a timely and very precise manner!! The whole process ran smoothly -the time from making my first inquiry to signing for my purchase was a matter of 1 seamless week! A huge thank you also goes to Brendan Murphy who took his time explaining all aspects of the purchase as well as inclusions and best warranty package based on my driving history. Also of utmost professionalism was manager Mark Margiotta- he came out and spoke to us on each visit we made to Marino’s! At no point did I feel pressured or persuaded to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing! I would recommend doing business here in a heartbeat! Looking forward to a long lasting professional relationship with this dealership as I begin my journey in my Subaru Forester

What a horrible place to service your car. I am not only disappointed with the service department and this dealership’s ability to service cars, but their customer service is also appalling. If you come in for service prepare to be shocked. They are money centric and they are not ashamed of it. If you plan to speak to the service manager Harry Kohli, don’t bother. So this is my experience with Marino’s Subaru. I leased in February is acting up with check engine light, ABS failure, collision avoidance failure, traction control off and the like all gone to hell. Did I mention that the car has 4,090km? Well they want to charge me for the check engine light service because it might be my fault. Normal service departments would apologize for the poor performing car and advise you that they will look into this inconvenience first. This service department? We want you to approve the charge first. If you are unhappy speak to Subaru Canada. This is no way to run a service department. Very disappointed with their approach, lack of customer sensitivity and money centric above all else. If the issue is mine, then investigate and advise but the fact that their instinct is the customer is at fault leaves me to believe that there is a lack of customer appreciation and support for the people buying their cars. This experience is jarring and not expected on a 4000km car. Very sad.
