I do business between China and Canada and was looking for a Freight Forwarder in Toronto to handle my incoming freight shipments. I had previously contacted other Freight Forwarders who did not even try to understand my business needs. Leon went above and beyond to communicate with me about the process and work out the details around my specific requirements. His quote was very competitive and his delivery was fast. Leon was so amazing. The process was very quick and professional. The quote provided was the most competitive out of all other quotes and they were able to deliver to a destination that most companies were unable to forward shipment to. Leon walked you through the process and was so precise and knowledgeable that the shipment was screened, shipped and delivered without a single hitch within the time frame promised. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company.
I really needed to save a little bit of money cause of Covid and relocating. After spending many hours trying to pick a company that would be professional and fair with the estimate, I decided for FFFC. Leon was the best part of this experience! He was always available to answer my questions and reassuring me when I was worried about something . In Italy there wasn’t the same expertise showed from Leon in Canada unfortunately, but I got my stuff in one piece! I spent a lot of time over the phone once my shipment left Canada, and I have prepared many documents by myself and called the Consulate to don’t pay a fee on the IVA. No one told me about that from the Italian office, I had to figure it out. So, If you are looking to don’t break your wallet this is the perfect solution, but if you are the person that needs all the documents to be taken care, not sure... I am good with that stuff but it is a lot of stress. Again Leon amazing during all the process!
I used FFFC to ship my household (20 boxes of differing sizes, no bulky items) from Canada to Austria. Communication with Leon was quick and easy, and he was always fast to respond. Everything worked very smooth. The boxes arrived after 5 weeks in good condition. I can highly recommend FFFC and would use it again. Thanks Leon!
Leon and team at FFFC fabulous in responding to my inquiries, giving a very reasonable quote, receiving, storing and finally sending them to me in Mexico from Toronto. They made sure my boxes were safely wrapped and labeled. Leon offered solutions as my situation evolved in Mexico and I was able to take possession.
