One of the best e bike locations I've been to, after looking a LOT around the gta. Great service and Jurij/staff is very knowledgeable on bikes, batteries and any other repair questions you might have. Will definitely be coming back for service there and future purchases (Got an EM4 its awesome). Thanks again for all your help!

My partner who is Asian went to buy a bolt for his bike. The owner asked where he bough the bike and he said Amazon and he was not happy. He then was very rude and served other customers. When my partner want to pay he asked if he could use debit because he only had 5. He said it was 10 cash but 100 if using debit. My friend said \are you serious\. He said yes he was serious. He went his shop because the he got a good review but not at all very bad service. My friend said that he would go to an ATM to get cash, but the owner said just leave the 5 and go. He was very rude. Neither the owner or has staff were wearing masks. If you buy a bike form amazon and want to fix don't even think to go there. Don't shop here!
Jurij fixed my charging port on my e-scooter and serviced the brakes. Great job and competitive and reasonable prices. I will bring all my bike and scooter servicing to epRider. I highly recommend.
